1. Eligibility
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receipt if the item is damaged, defective, has a manufacturing fault, or is the wrong product. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and invoices.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents.
- Items with missing accessories, manuals, or packaging.
- Used products or those damaged after delivery.
- Special order or customized products.
3. Process & Refunds
- Process: Contact support within 3 days with your order number and photo/video evidence.
- Refunds: Issued only if a replacement is unavailable and processed within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: SKPhotos.pk covers return shipping for defective/incorrect items; otherwise, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
4. Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer or distributor warranty should be claimed according to the specific warranty terms provided with the product.
